Wedding Season: Flower Girl Bonanza!
As everyone knows I am engaged. One of the biggest and best things to do when you’re engaged or hell..just anytime is check out Bridal shops. Men, I know you are shaking your heads going “You’s be some crazy ladies!” God knows where your Jamaican accent came from anyways…but still yes us ladies “be crazy!”
I love going to one of my favorite wedding sites since the prices are to die for! Oh yes…this is no lie we all know the $99 dress sale. If you haven’t figured it out by now..then upgrade your Cable. I am talking about David’s Bridal. They have the best selection this side of Mars on wedding gowns, brides maids and my new favorite, now that I have my own gown…flower girls!
I love their flower girl dresses selection because it is just has some of the most adorable selections in the world. I already have an idea on who I wanted to be the flower girl, however the age group has then gotten to big so I had to figure she’ll end up being a Jr. Brides maid. It is okay, now I’ll just have to find some wee person to put into one of these gorgeous dresses!
Let me tell you I just love cruising over to their website as I hum the tune “You’ll love David’s Bridal!” Yes, it is that catchy…and yes again… I do watch that much television. It is the perfect place to shop from if you’re wedding party is out of town. Most states if not all have a David’s Bridal, and when in doubt order online! I’d order at least 1-2 sizes bigger than I would normally take. I would then have it ‘taken in’ at a seamstress so she can alter it to perfection. Hey..if you have to wear it..then work it girl!

Honestly its a great place to shop. Their dresses are beautiful. I personally love the flower girls dresses heck they look like perfect Sunday dresses for tea and biscuits!

Aww I never got a wedding dress at my wedding. I had pants and a shirt.
One of the best things about Davids Bridal I think is the fact that they have an alteration shop at every location. This takes a lot of stress away from the bride or bridal party. Take my advice have them do the alterations. I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding where the bride did not get her stuff from a Davids and we had to have them altered elsewhere…needless to say my seamstress messed up the gown. I needed to order a whole new dress. It was a living nightmare. All of this could have been avoided if the bride had used Davids Bridal. The seamstresses know each dress like the back of their hands. And if something should happen to go wrong…they can get a new dress in a snap!
Also if your bridal party lives in different states each girl can go into the closest Davids Bridal with the style number and order their dress in that store for convenience.
How can you not love Davids Bridal!
