Tillen Farms Merry Maraschino Cherries Giveaway

Silo Cherry Jar

I was never a big fan of the jarred cherry. The maraschino cherries I have always seen and tasted were this unusual “Red” and waxy cherry.  Well, that is until I was asked to try Tillen Farms Merry Maraschino Cherries.  These were surprisingly tasty! Now everyone who knows me knows I am a chocolate person. I never eat the fruit or other confections when it comes to desserts, but this one I can honestly say I will use and I hear they are great in the cocktails too!! Give them a try, or better yet, give them as a gift to the hostess of the parties you may be invited to this holiday season.  They will be appreciated and its such a unique gift!!

Tillen Farms is a family business that specializes and produces award winning pickled vegetables, mostly grown in the Pacific Northwest.  The products are uniquely crisp with “fresh from the filed” flavor as they’re minimally exposed to heat.  The brand offers eleven varieties of pickled vegetables including various types of asparagus, carrots, beans, peppers and snap peas.  In February 2009, the company introduced Merry maraschino Cherries, the first “clean” cherry ever offered to the trade!!
