Srina Organic Green Tea

I am a big fan of tea and when I was given the chance to review Srina’s Organic Tea I jumped at the chance. They sent the tea quickly and I received their Oolong tea, which is one of my favorite types of tea I was really excited. I also received their tea pot in green! The teapot is just too cute!

The tea was simple to make, first you boil the water in a pot transfer it to your tea pot and put your tea in the built in (but removable) strainer. The tea steeps for the suggested time and poof you have good tea. The tea wasn’t very strong in flavor so I had to add a little more however it didn’t work out well with lemon and honey. Which is fine, I can make it other ways but thats my preferred taste. Plus the best part is, their tea is 100% organic green tea! I have been doing more and more with organic, trying to drink and eat more organic things. Granted some times they can cost more but not with this tea! This tea is really reasonably priced! I hope they branch out into other flavors too! Although I do enjoy Oolong and Hyson I would love to see what other goodies they can come out with!

The draw backs were Fil who enjoy’s tea did not enjoy the flavor of Oolong, however if you picture him like Oscar the Grouch from Sesame street then you’ll understand! Now what I like about this, is the fact that it makes a really good tea and is the perfect gift for the holidays! They have amazing selection of different things you can get some one. For example the set on the left a Japenese Stone-Ware set $27.50 and their tea runs from $10.95-$15.95 however they have an amazing deal if you sign up for their Tea Club you will get a discount on their tea! They offer coupons and all sorts of things! I joined! All you need is your name and an email address and you get updated on tea and all sorts of goodies!

  1. I am a big fan of http://www.teacuppa.com for thier oolong :) they rocks!

  2. I love tea too. Remember to warm the cup before pouring the tea (pour insomehot water and throw it out after a few seconds) and your tea will stay hot longer.

  3. I usually microwave my tea water since I’m to impatient to wait for the water to boil!

  4. Recently, I saw this tea pot and it was interestingly cool. A simple design, but how long did it take for someone to come up with it? Amazing. The tea leaves themselves looked like dried mushrooms, but smelled great and tasted even better. I recommend this to all tea drinkers.
