Our office is a mess. It’s half empty with a demented desk and mismatched bookshleves and tons of computer equipment and cords all around. The color is pukey and it needs to be redone!
My kitchen is an abomination. I’ve been entering the Room-A-Day sweepstakes but I really need Thom to also come over and give me some pointers with the win since a decorating gene is something I lack. Made the mistake of painting my kitchen yellow and red last year; it reminds me of eggs and ketchup every time I walk in there. I do believe my cupboards are antique and I had to quit washing the floor because the tile squares are so old they’ve begun to crack and peel off the floor.

It’s amazing what a little color can do for a room. Curtain can make a big difference. You can add drapery finials to give your curtains the custom look. Pillow’s can give your room color, too. I love to watch Extreme Makeover they are really good.
My husband and I purchased our home about 4 years ago. When we purchased our home, everything was rental quality. Slowly but surely we have been investing and doing our own home improvement projects, but our bathroom has been left on the sidelines! It is a small room with a huge need for a makeover!
