Pecorino is stronger than paramsan god i hate spelling the names of cheeses I know I butchered them. Once I switched from parm to pecorino, when I had parm again it tasted like watered down cheese.

what kind, or taste is this Pecorino cheese? Never heard about it here. Can I replace it with some other cheese?

A friends pop gave me a meatball recipe years ago, and I swear it called for 1/4cup of garlic powder as well as some other key ingredients.
When I was in college, I swear, my Italian roommate said they were better than his mom’s. Although being a starving college student might have made them taste really awesome as well.
But your recipe looks like it would be great. I would have to double the garlic.lol
