It’s pretty awesome having nutrition as my life. I always tell people when they ask me what kind of supplements to take. Start with the basics and get some whey protein as a body building supplement then if you want, try an EFA stack for weight loss. As always throw in a multivitamin.

I like the idea. I don’t like the idea that for years I have used products with bleach, and god knows what else in them. I think they should all be organic cotton, but that’s just me.

It’s so interesting that you posted this. I’ve been looking at the lunapads for about a month now, trying to decide. Every few days I do a google blog search to see what the consensus is, and so far (of the people who have actually TRIED them) I have yet to read anything negative. I may be getting some for me and my teen daughter.

Okay, there is no way I would use these – no way. When I’m in the privacy of my own home or when I’m out, I use my favorite pad from the wholesale club. Women who wish to use these kind of feminine products may also like to read the book entitled, “Her Blood Is Gold” – I read it a few years back and it is very enlightening; it may be out of print now, but it’s worth the research.
