Epson PictureMate Dash
I was contacted by the Epson people. They wanted an honest review of their new product, the Epson PictureMate Dash. I agreed and now I bring you my opinion.
I’ve had bad experiences with photo printers in the past and had basically sworn them all off for being awful at printing good pictures. Well, not anymore. I revoke my hatred for picture printers with my new best friend, the Epons PictureMate Dash.
The picturemate straight out of the box takes approximately six steps to set up. That is all. After you have set everything up you are ready to print awesome pictures. I couldn’t wait to get started. I followed the easy six steps and then realized that my camera doesn’t have a memory card which is used to print pictures straight from your camera. There are two slots for two different sizes of memory cards, you can resize, crop, and print your photos without even editing them first on the computer.
Since I didn’t have a memory card, I had to do the printer to computer technique with a USB cord. Installing the driver and registering the printer online is easy with just a few clicks of the mouse. Again, this was the easiest set up I’ve ever done.
Now, that I got everything set up and compatible with one another, I can begin printing pictures. Yes, the fun part is here! With one click of my mouse I printed my very first picture. I printed out the Domestic Diva logo. WOW!!! The picturemate is incredibly FAST!!! It only took approximatly 3 seconds for the picturemate to spit out a perfect picture. The best part is that I didn’t have to wait till the print dried. I could handle it as soon as the PictureMate gave it to me. My husband and I are both surprised at the quality that the Picturemate has. The prints that you get from a PictureMate Dash are just as good as what you would get at a professional photo developing place. You can even print photos that don’t have any edges at all just like the professionals.
I now find myself taking more photos just so I can have an excuse to use the picturemate dash. I see lots of good things coming from this tiny machine. For instance, I know that I will be printing my own christmas cards this year, with the picturemate dash of course.
I almost forgot what the best part of the picturemate dash is….its portable!!! You can take the picturemate dash with you to print your photos on the go!!! How great would it be to have this at a kids birthday party or a soccer game. You will be able to print out pictures for all your friends or moms in your mommy groups.
Another thing that I love about the picturemate dash is that it saves me money. By printing my own photos at home, I am saving a bundle versus having someone else do it for me. For those with their own business, how great would it be to print out your office Christmas cards from your picturmate dash? I can list hundreds of uses for this tiny machine. I love it so much, and I know you are going to as well.
Definitely put the Epson PictureMate Dash on your Christmas list this year. Maybe Santa will be good to you this year!!!
If you have a question about the machine, by all means ask away. I’ll try my best to fill you in on all the details that I might have forgotten.

I could totally use one of those for my camera.
