Depression Help
Depression effects everyone. I personally have been effected by depression and it took a while for me to get out of it. Thanks to the help of family and friends because at the time I had little to no health insurance to seek outside medical help. However, I do have a friend who is currently going through a depression. I see them regularly and I really do understand how hard it can be.
It is one of the most extreme things a person can go through since it is so gradual. You’ll feel bad for a few days then the few days turns into weeks, to months and then never ending. It sneaks up on you and by the time you realized you are depress you are usually in those “well there isn’t anything I can do about it at this point” type of moods so you don’t even try to seek out help. You may also not want to admit it outside of yourself. However there are excellent alternatives if you are not good in person or wish to seek help without alarming family and friends. There is a website called MySelfHelp.com that offers a depression management treatment for a very low cost.
The price starts at $20 dollars for the first month and $10 a month after that. Personally if you’re an exceptionally private person, don’t really like to go out much or don’t deal well with people this is a great way to get started and work on some of the immediate issues you may need help with. Their depression help program is great for the cost especially.
Quoted directly from their site “Whether you’re living with mild or more chronic feelings of depression, HealthMedia® DEPRESSION SELF HELP™ will help you reclaim a peaceful, optimistic, and more energetic outlook on life. One of the most clinically sophisticated self-help online programs available today, DEPRESSION SELF HELP™ is a highly personalized depression management program designed to give you the kinds of support, information, tools, and action plan you can use to help you feel better.
HealthMedia® DEPRESSION SELF HELP™ is a remarkable new digital coaching program that really works. And, best of all, you and those around you will feel the difference.”
They allow you to contact them along with seeing what other people say about their programs. I’ve heard nothing but great things about these programs and truly recommend you looking into their depression help if not one of their other programs should that be what you need or what someone else may need that you know. It is a good start for people who can’t quite come to terms with making larger steps, or cannot afford financially the cost of seeing professional help. Even with health insurance it can cost $40+ to see a specialist and with today’s economy it isn’t easy. So whether you’re depressed for a little while or its a long term thing you’re going through take a few moments to check out their site, email them with questions. There isn’t any harm in asking for help!

Thank you for this article. I will have to check out that website.
