Book Review: Art (Over 2,500 Works From Cave to Contemporary)
Art is a large, heavy, coffee-table type book that will not go unread in anyone’s living room. Perhaps you remember how much fun it was going on those school field trips to the Museum with your teacher and classmates. I loved them and this book brings back happy memories. Art is as educational as it is informative. It is comparable to a library because it contains a chronological catalog of over 2,500 works of art (hence the title). These glossy pages showcase some of the most beautiful and passionate works of art ever created.
Someone taking an art or interior design course would also benefit from this valuable source of information. Dealers, art connoisseurs and museums could also become more informed from these pages.
