Belisi Ties
Belisi Clothiers (www.belisi.com) is really famous for their ties. I think they are absolutely gorgeous. I was in need of a tie the other day when Fil had to go to a wake and we had nothing. I had to quickly goto Target and find something that would work for him. I quickly got him a pair of pants, a shirt, and a neck tie. 100% Target Silk hahaha. But it took about 20 minutes to find the perfect tie which wasn’t too over whelming.
We had 2 problems, the one I loved was a wide tie and for skinny old Fil he can’t use the wide ties and the other problem was they were too long for a little 5’3 stature. Poor lil’ guy. So he had to rig the tie to make it shorter. But
what can I expect it was last minute. So I officially kept all the items so we’re not last minute again. Fil then decided he likes dressing up so I am defintiely going to get him a collection of nice ties. Also a tie holder since right now its on a hanger. They have really busy scarves like to the right which look good on some outfits. But they also have some simple plain ones which work well for every style. The only one they were missing was the one I found that was gorgeous. It was an all black tie with another shade of black for large polka dots. I’m a sucker for polka dots. Plus I decide what Fil wears so its all about me! haha! But the best part is they can work for women too. I know a lot of girls around town who are wearing their dad’s scarves for belts. Granted their dad might not be too thrilled that his $50 scarf is now a wrinkled mess, but this might be something to invest in for your EMO style child, aside from belts they make
wonderful headbands for creative child. Belisi.com holds all their styles which is fabulous they also have points system so you get points when you purchase one of their fabulous items. I mean heck their scarves are only $38. I have made a wish list for Fil. I’ll show him and tell him which ones I like and see if his taste is getting better. But really they have a fabulous collection. Also if you’re creative you can use it as an accent and sew it against some of your original handbag designs. I just picked up several books to learn how to do that so maybe you’ll see my own Belisi Fashions handbag. Granted it may not look as good as their up coming styles but it will be an Amanda original

Very nice. The Christmas ideas are beginning to form. Keep ‘em coming!
If my hubby wore ties I’d get him that one on the top.
Very nifty.
I love paisley. Its gorgeous and not enough men wear it!
Another trend is wearing long scarves as belts. A really popular style is the Veronic Scarf: http://www.belisi.com/2-silk-scarves/p-501-veronica-long-silk-scarves.aspx
